Show Up Powerfully

I know a lot of women that shy away from lifting weights because they "don't want to get too muscular".
They just want to be toned, or lean, or "skinny".

I totally get that — it's what we were shown and told for decades.
But here's the truth: Besides all of the evidence showing that muscle is metabolically active and will allow you to burn more calories overall even at rest, when you're strong, you're strong across the board.

Strength in the gym (or wherever you workout) builds strength everywhere else in your life.
When you challenge yourself to lift a little bit heavier, push through that last rep, or show up on the days you don't feel like it — you're not just building muscle.
You're building resilience.

The strength shows up in how you handle stress.
It shows up in how you support your family and friends.
It shows up in how you lead, how you serve, and how you move through your day.

Show up powerfully for your body — so you can show up powerfully for everything and everyone else that matters.

Join me in class this week. You can register on my website or use the button below. We'll build physical and mental strength together, one rep at a time.

If you prefer one-on-one training, reply to this email, call, or text me and we'll create a strength plan that helps you feel confident, capable, and powerful — inside and out.

Because when you train for strength, you don't just change your body — you change the way you show up for your life.

You’ve Spent Years Taking Care of Everyone Else. It’s Your Turn.

Let’s find a path to feeling stronger, more confident, and in control of your health, together.
