The short version: this site collects only what you choose to share, uses it only to respond to you, and never sells it. Here are the details.

Who I am

Envision Wellness is owned and run by Nikki Van Culin, a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist based in Eustis, Florida. When this policy says “I,” that’s Nikki.

What I collect, and why

The contact form. When you send a message through the contact page, I receive the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you enter. It’s delivered to my inbox and stored securely in this site’s content system so I don’t lose track of it. I use it for one thing: getting back to you.

The newsletter. If you sign up for my email list, your email address goes to Mailchimp, the service that sends my newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.

That’s it. This site has no user accounts, doesn’t take payments, and doesn’t collect health information.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. To understand which pages people find useful, it uses Fathom Analytics, a privacy-first tool that counts visits without cookies, without collecting personal information, and without following you to other websites. There’s nothing to opt out of because nothing about you is stored. Like nearly every website, the hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (things like IP addresses and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

The services that help run this site

A few trusted providers process data on my behalf, strictly to operate the site: Vercel (hosting), Sanity (content and contact-form storage), Resend (delivering contact-form notifications to me), Mailchimp (the newsletter), and Fathom Analytics (anonymous visit counts). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes.

What I never do

I don’t sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for marketing. Ever.

Your choices

Want to know what I have, correct it, or have it deleted? Send a note through the contact page and I’ll take care of it. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is for adults and isn’t directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
