Terms of Use
Effective August 2, 2026
Welcome — this site belongs to Envision Wellness, owned by Nikki Van Culin in Eustis, Florida. By using it, you agree to these terms. They’re short and written to be read.
Health & fitness disclaimer
Everything on this site — pages, blog posts, and newsletter content — is general information about fitness and wellness. It is not medical advice, and it isn’t a substitute for care from your physician or another qualified health provider. I’m a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, not a doctor.
Before starting any exercise or nutrition program — this one or any other — check with your physician, especially if you’re managing an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. Exercise carries inherent risk; by choosing to act on anything you read here, you accept that risk and responsibility for listening to your own body.
Reading this site isn’t a client relationship
Browsing this site, reading the blog, or joining the newsletter doesn’t make you a training client. Working together starts with a conversation and its own agreement covering services, scheduling, and payment.
Results vary
The success stories and testimonials here are real clients’ real experiences — and they’re individual. Your body, history, and life are your own, so your results will be too. Nothing on this site promises a specific outcome.
This content is mine
The writing, photos, and branding on this site belong to Envision Wellness unless noted otherwise. You’re welcome to share links and quote briefly with credit; please don’t republish substantial portions without asking first.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Envision Wellness isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Links to other places
Where this site links elsewhere (like the newsletter archive), those destinations have their own terms and policies that I don’t control.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If they change, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Questions? Reach out through the contact page.
