This month, we've talked about setting goals, letting go of what isn't serving you, and adjusting what's already working. This week is a little different.
Once you've freed up some time and made a few adjustments, you'll probably find room to try something new without it feeling overwhelming, and in a way that brings a bit of energy back into your routine.
Spring tends to do that on it's own. The longer days, the change in weather, and the shift in routine can make it feel like a natural time to try something different, revisit something you've had on your mind, or pick back up an activity you used to really enjoy.
I've been in that place myself lately. I'm still deciding what, if anything, I want to add right now. Getting back into the pool has crossed my mind now that the weather is warming up, and I've also thought about working more intentionally on my dead hang. Nothing is set yet. It's just something I'm considering and giving myself space to explore.
For you, it might be something small, like trying a new class, spending more time outside, or a short but consistent mobility routine. Or it might be something you've been putting off for a while. Either way, it doesn't have to be complicated. It just needs to feel like something you're willing to try.
As you think about your own routine, consider whether there's something you've been wanting to add but haven't quite made time for yet. If there is, this might be a good season to consider it.
And if you're not sure where to start, or you want help working it into what you're already doing, that's something I'm always happy to help with. Sometimes having a plan makes it easier to follow through.
However this month looks for you, the goal isn't perfection. It's simply continuing to move forward in a way that feels sustainable. This is a great time of year to do that. See where it takes you.
